Job responsibilities-

Consistent and continuous plans for center’s future orientation, goals and strategies
Goal setting on center performance evaluation
Coordination of school affairs
Diagnosis and audit of stationed companies
Coordination and management of center budget, business progress, and cross-industry cooperation
Management of center recruitment

Coordinate the incubation center’s business planning and promotion
Implement and control the grants and mid-term school development plans
Implement and control the development plans of SME and start-up incubation institutions
Receiving and sending center documents, compiling and reporting school database and meeting materials
Provide recruitment and training guidance for incubation companies
ISO document management
Compile and control the center’s budget

Execution and management of the Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Deepening Plan (C3, C51, C81, C82)
Planning and implementation of incubation exchange activities
Execution and promotion of center projects
Incubation company recruitment and training guidance
