本著對 III-V 族元件材料的核心技術出發,未來在這個技術平台上更有潛力可以開發出 IoT 應用需求的銻化銦 (InSb) 紅外線傳感器 (IR Sensor),氣體傳感器,UV 傳感器,生醫應用相關的傳感器 (Biosensor)。有機半導體元件 RFID。下一世代的磁性傳感器 (2D Material)。

Conary’s ultra high sensitivity Hall effect magnetic sensors are made by the AIGaAs/ InGaAs/GaAs two dimensional electron gas (2DEG) structure. Magnetic sensors are expected to be widely applied to the automatic machine in Industry 4.0, consuming electric device, e-compass, DC brushless motor and current transducer, micro switches, position sensor, speed and RPM sensing and so on. This sensor provides numerous advantages over existing Silicon based technology. Like superior temperature coefficient and high sensitivity.

Base on III-V material heterostructure device technology, we are planning to develop more sensor devices applied to IoT in the future, for example, InSb base IR Sensor, Gas sensor, UV sensor, Biosensor, Organic semiconductor RFID device, and next generation 2D materials magnetic sensor.
